tional, Wellington, New Zealand, here in the United States.  We also perform the fulfillment services for customers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Middle East who purchase some of the many resources available at our Web Shop.

Currency Exchange Rates

     If you are a customer wishing to have your order shipped to a U.S. destination or to a location in the United Kingdom, Europe, or the Middle East, we would recommend your setting the Web Shop currency to "U.S. Dollars ($)" using the options available near the bottom of the Web Shop Home Page.
     All credit card charges will be processed in U.S. Dollars ($) at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time the charge is posted to your credit card account. We welcome these major credit cards.


      We can accept checks or money orders provided they are drawn on a U.S. banking institution.

     Overseas shipments are sent via "Air Mail Letter-Post" or "Air Mail Parcel Post" (for shipments weighing more than 64-oz.) with a normal delivery time of four to ten business days.  Shipping and Handling on overseas orders is Actual Cost plus $3.00 (US).  If you desire other shipping arrangements, please notify us by E-mail at the time of placing your order.

     No order form is needed when you use our Web Shop. When you take advantage of a Special Offer, there usually is an associated printable Order Form link at the bottom of the pages describing the Special Offer.
