Jubilee
Resources International
Jubilee Resources International was begun by Dr. Selwyn R. Stevens,
PhD, M.C.R., of Wellington, New Zealand, with the primary purpose of
informing, equipping, and resourcing Christians so they can be
seed-scatterers and harvesters for the Kingdom of God in their own
spheres of influence (e.g. workplaces, neighborhoods, and
families). Additionally, our purpose is to minister directly to
people ensnared in the spiritual darkness and deception of religious
cults, New Age, the Occult, and Secret Societies such as Freemasonry
and other lodges.
Churches that have hosted Jubilee seminars and conferences include:
Anglican, Assembly of God,
Baptist, Open Brethren, Salvation Army, Lutheran, Churches of Christ,
Uniting, Presbyterian, Episcopalian, Methodist, Mennonite, Christian
Outreach, Christian Revival, New Life, Apostolic, Christian
International, Vineyard, Bethesda, Showers of Blessings, Christian Life
Churches International, Christian & Missionary Alliance, Christian
City, and Four Square, plus many independent churches, women’s, men’s
and youth groups, other ministries and schools.
Jubilee Seminars have been warmly received throughout New Zealand; the
territories of Victoria, New South Wales, South Australia and
Queensland in Australia; Samoa; here in the United States in
California, Indiana, Washington, Alabama, Florida & Colorado; the
provinces of Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in Canada; Great
Britain, Malawi and Zambia.
About The Founder of Jubilee Resources
Dr. Selwyn R. Stevens is a third generation preacher currently within
the Wellington Baptist Association and ordained by The Church of the
Reconciliation of Australia. Stevens, a best-selling author and
International speaker, is the Director of the Jubilee Ministries Trust,
a New Zealand-based trust involved in informing and equipping
Christians of all denominations on how to reach the lost and deceived.
Dr. Stevens also serves as a member of the Global Harvest Ministries
Apostolic Roundtable of Deliverance Ministries (ARDM) under the
leadership of Dr. Peter Wagner, President, Global Harvest
Ministries. The Roundtable seeks to provide biblically sound
direction and guidance to participating deliverance ministries.
It is in the process of considering a number of issues regarding
deliverance ministry that include validation, a system for referrals,
and identifying existing local churches and ministries that provide

In addition, Global Harvest Ministries regularly conducts major
conferences on deliverance ministry and intercessory prayer.
Whenever his schedule permits, Dr. Stevens serves as part of the
teaching and ministry faculty at such conferences.
About Jubilee Resources USA, Inc.
Jubilee Resources USA, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation charted
under the laws of the state of California. Application is being
made for non-profit recognition as a 501(c)(3) entity for tax purposes
by the United States Internal Revenue Service.
Our purpose is to serve Jubilee Resources International through the
sales and distribution of books offered by Jubilee Resources ordered by
Christians in the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and the
Middle East. Additionally, Jubilee Resources USA assists in
scheduling seminars in the United States that bring training and
personal ministry to Believers from a long list of denominations and
countries of the world.
How We Serve The Church
Jubilee Resources publishes and distributes a wide range of books and
other resources, as well as runs seminars, on various spiritual
deceptions. These include Freemasonry & other secret societies,
Mormonism, the Watchtower/Jehovah's Witnesses, Christadelphianism,
Spiritualism, the New Age, Alternative/Occultic healing therapies,
Islam, cults, as well as providing Bible Studies, Christian Counseling
and Prayer Ministry training, etc.
We don't claim to have all the answers, but are happy to share what we
have learned about these subjects. We don't pretend these materials
will meet with universal approval, especially by those who are involved
in these deceptive groups and practices. After all - who chooses to be
deceived? Deceived people don't know they are. That is why we all need
the objective standard of the Bible in our beliefs and lifestyles.
We agree that others also are entitled to their opinions as are we. We
have no interest in "putting others down", but rather our purpose is to
explain why some views and practices fail the objective Bible tests. We
don't believe it is wise to blindly accept every opinion without
checking it out. If something is true, it can stand being questioned.
But if something is NOT true, then it needs to be questioned! The love
of God through Jesus Christ/Yeshua the Messiah requires an honest
investigation. We are always learning too.
How We Accomplish Our Ministry
We provide resources, including books, audio and video tapes and tracts
by mail order worldwide and through other ministries and Christian
bookshops in many countries. We have published over 100 titles.

We present a variety of training courses and seminars within local
churches and community groups, especially with youth and school groups
to warn about cults and the occult and the consequences. Our
ministry also is designed to equip others on how to minister to the
hurting or deceived with the love of Jesus.
We work closely with recognized local Christian counselors and quite
frequently will refer individuals for additional ministry to competent
and mature pastors and other counselors whose ministry clearly is under
Biblical authority and accountability. It takes teamwork, and we
are privileged to work with or are linked to over 750 other ministries
throughout most of the world.
We also have hundreds of Intercessory Prayer Supporters in several
countries. Your positive prayers are welcome and essential.
The International and each national board of Jubilee Resources is
accountable to a Board of Reference. These include denominational
leaders and pastors, a psychiatrist, counseling, medical, and
scientific experts, legal and accounting practitioners, plus ex-cult
and ex-Masonic members. We know that the best defense against deception
is to be accountable and Bible-based. Jubilee Resources in each country
is a registered educational and religious charitable organization or
has applied for such status.

Seminar Costs
Normally there is a nominal Registration Fee to cover the costs of
materials and other training course or seminar-related expenses.
The fee schedule can be reviewed on the Registration Form for the
seminar or training course of interest to you. We believe a
Registration Fee creates a “sense of ownership” in the heart of the
attendee that otherwise might not be there. Jubilee Ministries
does request that an offering also be taken to cover additional costs
of training and travel expenses.
